PPND - the Platform for Neolithic Radiocarbon Dates

32°44'20'' N 34°58'44'' E

The sum of the two radiocarbon dates of the terrace of Iraq el Barud (Sefunim Cave) suggests an occupation between 8650 BC and 8240 BC (cf. Sayej 2004:44). One younger date was probably a stray from an upper layer.^[1]
