The calibration of the radiocarbon dates of El Wad does not result in any meaningful time range as the deviations of the dates are very high. There is only one exception: Pta 5435: 12620+/- 110 BP, which comes from the middle of an early Natufian context. This date indicates an occupation between 13140 BC and 12660 BC.
